Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please find below our cancellation terms for the FEPE Congress 2025:
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the Congress:
A cancellation fee of €140 per person will be charged to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before the Congress:
50% of the total registration fee will be charged.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the Congress or no-shows:
100% of the registration fee will be charged.
