Where the Envelope and Light Packaging industry comes together
The FEPE Annual Congress is a key opportunity to come together as an industry, exchange knowledge, strengthen connections, and better understand current and future market developments. It brings together producers, suppliers, posts, and key stakeholders from across Europe and beyond.
Our speakers will provide insights into economic trends, market developments, and the evolving role of envelopes and light packaging in a changing communication and e-commerce landscape. The Congress is primarily intended for FEPE members. Participation of non-members is possible upon confirmation.

Ideally located along the marina and within easy reach of Palma's historic centre, the hotel offers modern facilities, spacious terraces, and stunning views over the harbour an excellent environment for both conference sessions and networking.
Palma de Mallorca combines historic charm with a modern Mediterranean lifestyle, with its beautiful old town, seaside promenades, and rich cultural heritage the perfect backdrop for discussions and informal exchanges.
As Palma de Mallorca remains a high-demand destination during this period, the room allocation and booking conditions differ slightly from previous years. To secure a fixed preferential rate until 30 June 2026, FEPE has prepaid 40% of the room block.
This early bird deadline is particularly important this year, not only for Congress registration (benefiting from lower participation fees), but also for hotel booking. After this date, any rooms not booked from the FEPE allocation will start to be gradually released back to the general hotel inventory.
Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to book their room in time in order to benefit from the special Congress rate and guaranteed availability.

A relaxed opening evening held directly at the hotel reconnect with colleagues and ease into the event in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.

A historic venue that has welcomed distinguished guests over the years, including Ava Gardner, Agatha Christie and Richard Nixon. This unique location combines elegance, history and a seaside atmosphere, providing a memorable setting for the evening.
Day 3
Farewell Event
Tapas & City Tour
A guided tour of Palma's historic old town followed by a local tapas and wine tasting discovering culture and gastronomy together.
